Frustrated by the terrible qualities of the emails I get, I produced a "friendly intervention" to send to folks who are especially sloppy writers. In addition to the two-and-a-half minute video, we made a page of links to webinars, books and web sites that try to help people to communicate better on-line. The IN3 page can be mailed to friends who need email advice.
